What is your name? Where are you from? How old are you?
I’m Jay Alexander Chong. I was born in Hong Kong and I’m now 10 years old.
Which years did you attend Tutor Time, and which campus did you attend?
I attended nursery from 2013-2014 and kindergarten from 2014-2015. Both years were at the Braemar Hill campus.
When did you graduate from or leave Tutor Time?
I graduated Tutor time July 2015 and currently attend where I am now at Year 5.
Tell us something interesting about yourself that not many people know about!
In my free time, I enjoy creating art. In particular, I like to sketch, create characters and develop storylines for these characters.
What are your hobbies and passions?
I like to swim and play basketball. My other hobbies also include fishing, drawing and reading.
What do you aspire to be in the future?
I want to be an artist.
What are some of your proudest achievements?
One of my proudest achievements includes participating in an interschool swimming competition and placing first for freestyle and breaststroke and second in backstroke.
What are your fondest memories from Tutor Time?
I was very happy (and nervous) to be asked to present the welcome speech during the Tutor Time graduation concert.
Is there anything you want to say to our Tutor Time students and teachers?
I want to say Thank You. Thank you to all the teachers, especially Ms. Heidi and Ms. Marianne for being so kind and helpful, and for making me feel comfortable in the classroom and for waiting with me when I got picked up late after class.
